Exceptional Royal Doulton The Kenilworth pattern of 1926, rare and beautiful. Raised yellow and orange floral combined with lavender purple floral and sage green foliage, in a striking spread garland style woven in a trellis adding to the indepth detail and beauty followed with an intricate geometric design to the inside and outside borders for added interest. Each piece has a matte gold border on the very outside edge that stands out very well against the cream color of the dishware. The design is a delicate reminiscent of a combination of Victorian, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco in a spectacular and delicate style. Very little signs of use or wear, no chips or glazing. This set of dishware includes four pieces of Royal Doulton Kenilworth for you in this exceptional pattern. The pieces include a dinner plate 10 1/2 inches wide, a small bread or dessert plate 6 inches wide and a cup 2 1/4 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches wide with a sipping saucer 1 inch tall and 5 1/4 inches wide. All of the pieces have an ID number H2877 coinciding with the date of 1926 along with the Royal Doulton Lion mark of that era in time.
