My teapot was crafted with a lot of care, exemplified not only in the pattern but the clarity of all markings on the bottom. I lile the colours, the inset lid, the heft and pour. I questioned Rebecca about the shipping cost which was in fact incorrect and she adjusted it quickly...a practice I recommend to others as in browsing teapots for my collection I have seen shipping costs listed incorrectly often, even in the hundreds of dollars a few times! I also appreciated her wrapping job. it was thorough, very neat and without so much tape on it you could drop it on the floor trying to get it open. An excellent shopping experience!
